Management Assistant
We are looking for a part-time (3+/- days per week) assistant to closely work with Lauri, the owner, managing online and in-store sales and customers, overseeing a variety of projects, helping with video editing and shoots, as well as executing marketing and social media posts and projects. We are looking for:
* Comfortable with computers, POS systems, both learning new software and its components then troubleshooting when not working
* Working knowledge of all forms of social media (ie: Instagram, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
* Knowledge of filming, editing and uploading marketing videos would be helpful
* Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, Canva (or BeFunky) and some basic graphic design knowledge
* Very organized and detail oriented
* Works well with the public and can work independently
* Ability to prioritize and complete projects in a timely manner
* Fabric, Quilting or Fashion industry experience is helpful but not required
